Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, pleaser contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sanmelritual.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and work to resolve it.
